Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Schedule will be 2nd shift - 1p-1a (Rotating days of the week).

1+ year direct RN experience is required.

Emergency room experience is preferable.

LICENSES / CERTIFICATIONS

RN, State of Texas License is required.

Current BLS and ACLS are required.

ENPC or PALS and TNCC preferred upon employment or must be completed within 6 months of employment (with the exception of employees hired into an internship program those individuals will have 1 year to complete and be maintained thereafter. )

DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
 
Incorporates the nursing process in the assessment of, diagnosis of, intervention of, and identification, implementation, and evaluation of the plan of care for optimal outcomes.

Collaborates on a continuum the plan of care through communication with interdisciplinary teams, patients and families while addressing patient safety, comfort, and satisfaction.

Manages conflict and delegates appropriately.
