Qualifications for this position include:
*Graduate of an accredited nursing program
*Current RN license
*1 year wound care experience
*CPR, certification in WOCN or CWCN
A high degree of confidentiality, positive interpersonal skills and ability to function in a fast paced
As a part of your daily activities you will be responsible for:
*Working with other team members to resolve patient issues
*Communicate with other care providers in a timely, accurate and complete manner
*Utilize two patient identifies before administering medications or blood products
*Patient/family education
* Collaborates with physician/staff/patient and family to select appropriate product
* Safely administer wound, skin and ostomy products
