N.E.A.T. Program�(r)

The N.E.A.T. Program® is a multi-focused program designed to help you cope with the effects of breast cancer.You don't have to go through breast cancer alone. The N.E.A.T. Program® is here for you.

The N.E.A.T. Program® stands for Nutrition, Exercise and Attitudes for Tomorrow. Sponsored by the Texas Chrysalis Foundation, it is a multi-focused program designed to help you cope with the effects of breast cancer.

In partnership with the Texas Chrysalis Foundation, Texas Health Arlington Memorial Hospital offers The N.E.A.T. Program® breast cancer recovery exercise program. The program includes stretching, cardiovascular and strength training exercises. All classes are led by trained fitness experts and are tailored to each person's needs.

The N.E.A.T. Program®  is free to participants and does not require Fitness Center membership.

Each new participant receives a one-on-one appointment with a fitness expert to provide orientation, establish goals and collect medical history and contact information.

Registration and a physician release are required prior to participation.
