Because Texas Health Fitness Center Hurst-Euless-Bedford is a small facility, the ratio of staff to members is higher than at most gyms. Every member of the staff represents a particular discipline, and they all have degrees in exercise physiology, kinesiology, physical education, exercise and sports, exercise science or a related field.
Personal trainers, exercise physiologists, registered nurses and fitness specialists help members develop a personal routine and provide plenty of enthusiasm and support along the way. A team of fitness specialists are available to assist and guide you as you work toward improved health and fitness. Nationally certified and experienced personal trainers are available by appointment.
