More than 25 group exercise classes are scheduled each week, including: Pilates, Yoga, Zumba, Step, Boot Camp, Cardio classes and more. Each class is an hour, and formats for every need are available.
We also offer 30-minute express classes for the member on a restricted schedule. Specialty classes for seniors and expectant mothers also are available. Call 817-267-9191 for a current schedule.
