Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Southwest Fort Worth is committed to providing practical educational programs to improve the health and safety of the communities the hospital serves. Community education programs include:

Seniorcizing
This class for seniors and patients following rehabilitation provides both aerobic and stretching exercises. Classes are offered three times a week for an hour each between 8 a.m. and noon. For more information and to register, call 1-877-THR-WELL (1-877-847-9355).

SafeSitter
This class for children ages 9 to 13 covers the fundamentals of babysitting, childcare essentials, safety for the sitter, preventing and managing injuries and problem behavior, care of a choking infant and child, rescue breathing and accessing resources. Girls Growing Up
