- If you have not received a mammogram at the Doris Kupferle Breast Center before, please be sure to bring any previous mammograms you may have received to your appointment.
- Patients scheduled for a diagnostic mammogram must have a written signed order from their physician prior to their appointment.
- Bring your picture identification and insurance cards when you check in.
