President
Youngs became president of Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Kaufman in September 2006. She came to Texas Health Resources from Hunt Memorial Hospital District (HMHD), where she served as administrator of Presbyterian Hospital of Commerce and chief operating officer of HMHD.

Youngs began her career in health care more than 30 years ago as a registered nurse and has served in a number of clinical and operational leadership positions. She worked in management positions at Columbia Bay Area Medical Center in Corpus Christi, Texas, St. Tammany Parish Hospital in Covington, La., and Mercy Hospital in New Orleans.

Youngs earned a diploma in nursing from Touro Infirmary School of Nursing in New Orleans, a bachelor's degree in health sciences from Holy Cross College, also in New Orleans and a master's degree in business adminstration from Florida Institute of Technology's New Orleans campus.

Youngs has been an active member of the community participating in a number of organizations, including the Chamber of Commerce and Rotary Club. She is also an active member of the American College of Healthcare Executives.

Baty received a bachelor's degree in nursing from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor. She also has a masters in health care administration from the University of Texas at Arlington.

Baty specialized in ambulatory surgery for 10 years at the Key Whitman Surgery Center in Dallas. She began as a staff nurse and was promoted to director. She has owned a consulting business that worked with surgery centers in several states on nursing and accreditation. 

In 2003, Baty joined the staff of at Texas Health Kaufman as the administrative director of inpatient services. She was promoted to her current position in 2008. Baty and her husband have three children and reside in Scurry.

When Baty is not managing and developing new programs at Texas Health Kaufman, she enjoys golfing and spending time with her children at their sporting events.

Jade Andrews

Jade Andrews
Entity Finance Officer
Andrews holds a bachelor's degree in business adminstration and a master's degree in health care administration from the University of Texas at Arlington. 

He began his current position at Texas Health Kaufman in 2005.

When he is not monitoring the hospital's financial matters, Andrews enjoys spending time with his son and golfing.
