Bonnie Bell

Bonnie Bell is executive vice president for People and Culture at Texas Health Resources.
She leads a human resources department provides services for more than 18,200 employees. She is also responsible for The Center for Learning, Diversity and Inclusion, Service Excellence and the system's Career Development Center.
Prior to her current position, which she assumed in 1998, Bell served in several human resources roles with the Harris Methodist Health System. She came to the Harris System from the world of consulting, where she was the director of Human Resource Healthcare Consulting in the southern region for Ernst & Young. She was also a principal with The Wyatt Company, specializing in compensation consulting in the banking, health-care and utility industries.
Bell holds a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Georgia Southwestern University in Americus, Ga. Bell is a 2007 Examiner with the Quality Texas Foundation. In 2007 she was recognized by the Texas Diversity Council with their Diversity Leadership Award. She has authored several articles on human resources matters.
