Nurses† – Texas Health Resources employs one of the largest nursing staffs in the country, with the great majority holding status as registered nurses.

- Licensed Vocational Nurses (L.V.N.s): 417
- Total Nurses: 6,489
R.N.s make up 93.5 percent of the THR nursing staff, which includes full-time, part-time and PRN positions. These numbers do not include nurses in management positions.
