Please call 817-250-3068 to schedule your pre-admission appointment. This visit will include an interview to review your medical history and complete any diagnostic testing ordered by your doctor, such as lab work or X-rays. Please schedule your pre-admission visit three to seven days before your surgical date.
The Patient Assessment Center is located on the ground floor of the Sid Richardson Tower and is open for appointments from 8:15 a.m. to 5:15 p.m. Monday through Friday.
