With its pre-op assessment area, two operating rooms, a post anesthesia care unit and six-bed intensive care unit, Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Azle is dedicated to supporting a wide range of surgical services. Physicians on the medical staff provide both inpatient and outpatient surgeries at the hospital.

- Kyphoplasty for the treatment of pain associated with compression fractures of the vertebra
- Gastrointestinal and endoscopic procedures in the hospital's endoscopy suite
- Breast surgery for biopsies, aspirating cysts and diagnosing irregularities
- Gynecological surgeries
- Ear, nose and throat surgeries including tonsillectomies, placement of ear tubes and sinus surgeries
