Social services are provided to patients and their families. Referrals may be made by a patient, family, physicians on the medical staff, hospital employees or anyone interested in the patient's well-being.
Services are available from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. A social worker is on call evenings and weekends for emergency situations. For more information, call 817-433-6475 or 817-433-6476.
