Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Allen Imaging Department Staff
The Department of Radiology at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Allen offers an array of diagnostic and interventional radiology services, all in a convenient and comfortable environment.
Radiology is an important department that physicians rely on to help diagnose and develop treatment options for their patients. Different approaches can be used to acquire images and visualize different parts of the body. Multiple modalities are used at Texas Health Allen, including diagnostic X-ray, fluoroscopy, mammography, computed tomography (CT), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), ultrasound, nuclear medicine and interventional radiology.
Interventional procedures performed in Texas Health Allen's interventional radiology suite offer alternatives to surgery for a wide variety of patients. The entire imaging department functions in a "filmless" environment with the Picture Archiving Communication System (PACS) that allows secure access for electronic sharing of high resolution images.
These and other imaging advances contribute to the mission of Texas Health Allen. We work to improve the health of the people in the communities as serve.
