This is a non-impact class performed in shallow water. Movement will focus on range of motion, balance, coordination, strength, and flexibility. Perfect for those who are looking for a low impact solution to your fitness goals! This workout is suitable for all fitness levels.

FIT KIDS (Ages 4-11)
Get your kids moving and show them that fitness can be fun! Balls, hula hoops, jump ropes, and more will help guide them through our activities. This 45-minute class will not only give kids a great workout, but will also let them have fun while learning about overall health and nutrition. (Ages 4-11)
This functional workout is designed for our senior fitness enthusiasts, or anyone who desires a low impact workout. This is also a perfect format for someone transitioning from physical therapy or cardiac rehab. Participants will enjoy a series of movements geared to increase strength, flexibility, core stability and balance.
Group training which provides an opportunity to work with a skilled Certified Personal Trainer. Workouts are constantly changing and utilize a variety of equipment and exercise progressions. Sessions will include flexibility, core, strength, plyometric, endurance, and balance training.
PiYo is a unique format which combines Pilates, Yoga, strength conditioning, flexibility, and dynamic balance, while offering modifications as well as more advanced options. NOTE: FOR HEALTH REASONS MEMBERS MUST BRING THEIR OWN MATS TO PIYO CLASSES.
