Maintaining a healthy workforce and controlling rising healthcare costs are challenges faced by all employers in today's business world. At Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Dallas, our mission is to improve the health of the people in the communities we serve. We are committed to promoting the health and well-being of our community through our unique Workforce Health Initiative program. 

Understanding that education, prevention, and early detection are the keys to good health, Texas Health Dallas is working together with local employers to provide employees with the latest health information. The objective of the Workforce Health Initiative is to collaborate with employers to identify, address and eliminate employee health risks before they result in costly healthcare claims.
