- The process begins with the online application.
- Candidates are then screened for the position requirements, such as education, licensure/certifications and work experience.
- After the candidate meets the qualifications of the position, he or she will be asked to complete online assessments. These test position-specific skills and evaluate how well the candidate embodies the values of Texas Health Resources.
Successful candidates are then scheduled for interviews before employment decisions and offers can be made.
