
Nommo Z. Combs, MHA Director of Business Health Services
Nommo Combs is the Director of Business Health Services for Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Fort Worth. She is responsible for the day to day operations of the Executive Health Program.
Nommo has over 15 years of healthcare leadership and management experience. She served as the Executive Director of The Community Cancer Center in Cleveland, Ohio, the Administrative Director for Ambulatory Care (Primary Care) at The Grady Healthcare System, supporting both the Morehouse and Emory School of Medicine in Atlanta, Georgia.
Nommo is a member of the Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc, The American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) and the National Association of Health Services Executive (NAHSE). She currently serves on the Executive Board for the YWCA of Tarrant County.
Whitney Proctor, BS Administrative Assistant
Whitney Proctor joined the Executive Health Program at Texas Health Fort Worth in March, 2012. She supports the Director of Business Health Services and the Executive Health Program team with numerous administrative projects and is the primary contact to schedule your Executive Physical.
Prior to joining Executive Health, Whitney served as the Administrative Assistant for the Community Health Improvement department at Texas Health Resources' corporate office in Arlington where she assisted in coordinating community/public health programs.
Whitney received her Bachelor of Science degree in Health Studies: Community Health from Texas Woman's University in 2009 and is currently seeking to complete her Master's Degree.
Robert Machos, M.D. Medical Director

Dr. Robert Machos serves as the medical director of the Executive Health Program as well as for Texas Health Fort Worth Cardiac Rehabilitation, a position he has held for 20 years. Machos is also an Internist at the Medical Clinic of North Texas.
Machos graduated from Texas Tech University with a bachelor's degree in biology. He went on to receive his doctorate in medicine at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas. His internal medicine residency was completed at the University of Florida Affiliated Hospitals in Gainesville, Fla.
Machos is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. He is a member of the Tarrant County Medical Society, Texas Medical Association, American Medical Association, American Society of Internal Medicine and American College of Physicians, and the Texas Club of Internists. He has been named a Top Doc by Fort Worth, Texas magazine and a Super Doc by Texas Monthly magazine from 2006-2012.
Carla A.K. Castañeda, M.D. Medical Staff/Executive Health Program Physician Dr. Carla Castañeda serves on the medical staff of the Executive Health Program. Her duties include conducting physical examinations, exercise stress tests and counseling executives in the Fort Worth area.
Prior to joining Texas Health Fort Worth, Castañeda served as an assistant professor at the University of North Texas Health Science Center and at John Peter Smith Health Network at the Viola Pitts/Como Clinic in Fort Worth. Dr. Castaneda was also an assistant professor at Baylor College of Medicine in the Department of Community Medicine in Houston.
Castañeda graduated with a bachelor's degree in biology from Hardin-Simmons University and went on to receive a medical degree at The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas. She completed her internship and residency at the University of Texas-Houston Medical School. She is a member of the Texas Medical Association, Tarrant County Medical Society, and American college of Physicans. She was certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine from 2001-2011, and is currently board eligible.
Jennifer Hooks Campbell Exercise Physiologist
Jennifer Campbell has served as the Executive Health Program's exercise physiologist since 1998. She is responsible for coordinating the clinical component of the Executive Health Program as well as working closely with our clients throughout their experience.
Campbell is also an exercise physiologist in the Cardiac Rehabilitation department, where she designs exercise programs for cardiac patients and educates them on risk factor and lifestyle management.
She is a certified group exercise instructor, and her additional responsibilities include learning yoga, pilates and group exercise classes at the Texas Health Fitness Center Fort Worth. She is also a Certified Clinical Aroma Therapist.
Campbell has a bachelor's degree in fitness promotion and a master's degree in exercise physiology from Texas Christian University.
Amber Massey, R.D., L.D. Registered Dietitian
Amber Massey, RD, LD is an intern graduate from Texas Health Resources Presbyterian Hospital of Dallas, Texas. She completed her Undergraduate degree in Dietetics and Institutional Administration at Texas Woman's University in Denton, Texas and is currently seeking to complete her Masters in Nutrition. Amber is an active member of the Dallas Dietetics Association, serving as 2011-2012 Secretary as well as being a part of the 2010-2011 strategic planning committee. Amber is also a member of the Texas Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, and The Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (ADA). Amber stays busy with her memberships of Dietetic Practice Groups (DPGs) within the Academy, and these include: The Nutrition Entrepreneurs (NE), and Food & Culinary Professionals (FCP). Recently Amber has been chosen to sit on the SteerFW Task Force as an expert panelist to assist in development of a program to promote health and wellness in partnership with the Mayor for the City of Fort Worth.
Amber is a foodie at heart and can be seen in multiple magazine publications for her culinary creations, including Taste of Home (cookbooks and magazines), Healthy Cooking Magazine, Simple and Delicious Magazine, and Country Women's Magazine. Amber is also part of the Bloggers Connection with Cooking Light Magazine.
Jennifer Gavia, R.D., L.D. Registered Dietitian

Jennifer Gavia is a Registered and Licensed Dietitian for Texas Health Resources. She completed her undergraduate work and fulfilled her internship requirements at Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, TX with a Bachelor of Science in Coordinated Dietetics in 2010. She is currently pursuing her master's degree in Exercise and Sports Nutrition at Texas Woman's University in Denton, TX.
Gavia currently works part-time for the Executive Health Program educating executives on diet and nutrition to improve their health. She also assists the Sports Dietitian at Ben Hogan Sports Medicine consulting with athletes of all ages.
She is an active member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and Texas Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics with special interest in collegiate and professional sports, wellness, and weight loss Dietetic Practice Groups.
Tammy Gouyton, ARRT (R) (CT) Radiology Technologist Tammy Gouyton has served as the Executive Health Program's radiology technologist since 2003. She is responsible for body imaging screenings and angiographic imaging for outpatient radiology.
Prior to joining the Executive Health Program team, Gouyton worked in inpatient, outpatient and emergency room body imaging at Texas Health Fort Worth and performed biopsies.
Gouyton was promoted to the position of CAT scan team leader in 2000. She graduated from the Tarrant County Radiological Program in 1997. Gouyton is certified through the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist to perform Radiology and CT Exams.
M. Shawn Snell, M.P.A Business Relationship Specialist

Shawn Snell is the public liaison for the Executive Health Program and Business Health Services, representating related offerings and initatives throughout the community in both corporate and civic sectors.
Snell previously had multiple positions with General Motors in Flint, Michigan and Trenton, NJ; and Johnson & Johnson at their World Headquarters in New Jersey, with domestic field assignments throughout the US. She brings additional experience in medical practice management, participation with the Texas Medical Association and other medical organizations, and leadership positions in a wide variety of community endeavors.
She holds both undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Michigan, and a Master of Public Administration (M.P.A) through the Rackham School of Graduate Studies in Ann Arbor, MI.
