The Harris Order of Legacy honors and recognizes benefactors who provide support to Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospitals through their estate plan or through an endowment and whose philanthropy will impact the health of future generations.
There are no membership fees or minimum gift amounts required to be included in the Order of Legacy. The size of your gift is entirely your choice and is kept confidential. Your gift can be recognized publicly or remain anonymous. If you have already included Texas Health Harris Methodist in a bequest or other planned gift, we hope you will let us know. Your willingness to be listed as a member of the Order of Legacy encourages others to follow your example, by recognizing your untiring commitment to the health of our community.
Order of Legacy membership belongs to those who have made a legacy gift through one or more of the following methods"
- Gifts to establish an endowment
- Provision in their will
- Retirement plan beneficiary designation
- Life insurance policy beneficiary designation
- Life income gifts such as charitable gift annuities or charitable trusts
- Other charitable estate plans
