During the summer months, Texas Health Resources offers an opportunity for undergraduate and graduate students who are interested in pursuing a career in health care administration or as a health care provider to participate in an internship program within our system.
This program offers students an opportunity to gain familiarity with administrative and/or clinical functions and to participate in daily activities of the health care organization at an entity hospital or at the system level.
To apply for the 2013 program, all applicants must submit the following information by March 31:
- A current resume
- A one- to two-page cover letter stating:
- Career objectives
- Leadership experience
- Volunteer work
- Relevant work experience (health care-related, if any)
