Exercise Classes

More than 25 group exercise classes are scheduled each week. Each class is an hour, and formats for every need are available. We also offer 30-minute express classes for the member on a restricted schedule. Specialty classes for seniors and expectant mothers also are available. Call 817-267-9191 for a current schedule.

ZUMBA
ZUMBA is a fusion of Latin & International music and dance themes creating a dynamic and effective fitness workout. Classes feature aerobic/interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. ZUMBA utilizes the principles of interval and resistance training to maximize caloric output, fat burning and total body toning. It's a mixture of body sculpting movements with easy to follow dance steps — the hottest new sensation!

Body Blitz 
A 30- to 40-minute express workout. Class format includes abdominals, lower body, upper body, circuit workout, strength & coordination, and core conditioning and flexibility. Something different every class. Make the most of your time in this intense, total body sculpting class that squeezes a 60-minute workout into 30 minutes.

Hi/Low   
Our tri-level low impact class is designed for any fitness level from beginner through advanced. We teach three different levels of intensity so that everyone can participate.

Step & Strength
This high energy combo class integrates step with strength training. An awesome workout with fun music and energetic choreography.

Cardio X-Train
An hour of calorie burning cardio intervals that may include kickboxing, plyometrics, jump rope, athletic drills and more. Elevate your heart rate and shape your muscles in this hour of fun.

Lifestyle Conditioning
A conditioning class designed to aid in your daily tasks of living: functional strength training with an emphasis on postural form, alignment, strength and flexibility. Geared towards keeping you healthy and safe as you enjoy life!

Low Impact
An alternative to other aerobic workouts with high intensity moves. Great cardio workout and tons of movement fun.

Yoga
This class focuses on correct breathing, stretching and toning muscles, balance and relaxation.

Pilates 
This class focuses on improving flexibility and strength for the overall body, but doesn't build bulk. It's more than just exercise. Pilates are a series of controlled movements to engage one's body and mind. It can be done by anyone at any level of fitness.

Boot Camp (seasonal)
Are you ready for a no nonsense workout? This class is for those who prefer little or no choreography, intense exercise variations and lots of calorie burning! All levels welcome. Class will be held outdoors.
 
Super Sculpt 
An intense workout focusing on light weights and high reps using body bars and bands.  Increase your strength and improve your definition while working your muscular endurance. 

Total Body Workout 
Combine cardiovascular exercise, circuit style, with strength conditioning. 

All fitness levels are welcome in each class. Modifications will be shown.
