Texas Health Seay Behavioral Health Center and our outpatient center welcome referral calls from physicians, employee assistance programs, counselors, therapists, patients, families, and others who are concerned about the mental health and well being of an individual.
A licensed clinician will conduct a free evaluation of patients who arrive at Seay Center or our Frisco location for an assessment. This allows our behavioral health care professionals to determine an individual's present symptoms and past psychiatric and medical history to establish the appropriate level of care for patients.
Patient Referrals
Patients in crisis may be sent directly from a physician's office. Patients can walk in any time Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Patients can also make a scheduled appointment for Plano or Frisco at 972-981-8300. |
