Our Programs for Adults
Texas Health Seay Center programs for adults were created to address addiction and behavioral health care needs for patients age 18 and older. Patients can be referred to a program by a physician, therapist, Employee Assistance Program, counselor, or through self referral.
Adult Psychiatric
- Inpatient Services
Texas Health Seay Behavioral Health Center offers comprehensive evaluation, crisis management and treatment services for adults 18 and older. The goal of the adult inpatient unit is crisis stabilization and symptom reduction in a safe, structured environment.
- Partial Hospitalization Services
The adult psychiatric partial hospital program offers all day outpatient services for patients who do not require inpatient care or for patients who transition from inpatient treatment. The goal is to help stabilize patients through the use of cognitive behavioral skills for daily living and self management.
Adult Addiction Treatment
- Inpatient Services
The adult addiction treatment inpatient unit provides detoxification. The primary goal for this level of care is a medically safe and emotionally supported detoxification.
- Partial Hospitalization Services
The adult addiction partial hospital program is an all day outpatient program for patients that do not require 24 hour medical monitoring detoxification or residential treatment. The goal of the program is to help patients learn the skills necessary to achieve sobriety and begin working on the 12-step program.
