Linda Nall Named Director of the Patient Advocate Department at HMFW 05/15/2006
FORT WORTH, Texas – Harris Methodist Fort Worth Hospital (HMFW) officials named Linda Nall, CMC, MHSM, certified care manager, to be the director of the patient advocate department. In her new role, Nall will oversee language assistance for patients and patient satisfaction, as well as overseeing patient advocates. Nall has served as the manager of the patient advocate department at HMFW for 15 years.
Nall received a Bachelor of Science degree in biology from the University of Maryland and went on to get a Master of Science in health science management from the University of Mary Hardin Baylor.
She is a member of the Society for Health Care Consumer Advocacy, Texas Alliance for Patient Services and the Professional Geriatric Care Management Association.
