TONE’s mission is to represent nurse leaders in Texas who improve healthcare through collaboration and innovation.

“We are proud of Joan for achieving another significant milestone in her service to patients of Texas Health hospitals,” said Barclay Berdan, senior executive vice president of system alignment and performance for Texas Health Resources. “Joan has shown great leadership as she has successfully advanced initiatives at Texas Health to improve patient care by enhancing the roles and capabilities of nurses.
