Texas Health Fitness Center Arlington is open to all Texas Health Arlington Memorial Hospital employees, volunteers, staff physicians and their office staffs, Texas Health Resources employees and cardiac and physical therapy patients who are continuing in physician-approved maintenance programs. (Spouses in each membership category are also eligible to join.)

To enroll, stop by the registration desk and complete an enrollment form and medical screening questionnaire. Persons older than 45 or at increased risk according to the standards set by Texas Health Arlington Memorial and the American College of Sports Medicine must submit a medical clearance form signed by their physician. Once all necessary forms have been submitted, a fitness evaluation appointment may be scheduled.
