The Texas Health Springwood Pain Management Program is an outpatient program that assists patients struggling with depression or other mental health issues stemming from chronic pain from arthritis, fibromyalgia, back pain, cancer, and hip or knee pain.
The program is designed to balance treatment requirements with work, education and home-life schedules. A certified counselor at Texas Health Springwood Center Southlake will work with the patient, the patient's family members and the patient's referral source (such as a physician and/or therapist), to achieve individualized treatment goals.
Patient Referrals
Texas Health Springwood Hospital and Texas Health Springwood Centers offer evaluations and assessment services free of charge. Patients in crisis may be sent directly from a physician's office. Patients can walk in any time Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Patients can also make a scheduled appointment at 817-310-5888. |
