Texas Health Resources, Methodist Health System in Dallas Morning News
The Dallas Morning News reported Texas Health Resources and Methodist Health System’s agreement with Louisiana-based LHC Group to deliver home health care for regional patients. The newly formed Texas Health HomeCare and Methodist HomeCare will provide a full range of home health services, transitioning patients from the hospital to the home setting. Texas Health CEO Doug Hawthorne was quoted.
Texas Health Azle, Arlington Memorial, Kaufman in Fort Worth Business Press
This week’s Fort Worth Business Press mentioned that Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Azle was the only hospital in the nation to receive the Premier QUEST High-value Health care award. Texas Health Arlington Memorial Hospital and Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Kaufman were also mentioned for recognition from Premier.
Texas Health Southwest Fort Worth in Mira Vista Living
Dr. Harpreet Talwar, medical director of the Virginia Clay Dorman Breast Care Center at Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Southwest Fort Worth, wrote an article about mammogram frequencies for the July issue of Mira Vista Living magazine. The issue also profiled Dr. Sang Wu, a pathologist on the medical staff at Texas Health Southwest, and his family.
