Dr. Donna Casey, an internist at Presbyterian Hospital of Dallas, was quoted in a story in the October edition of Woman’s Day magazine titled “10 (not so deadly?) health sins.” The story offers advice on how to recognize unhealthy habits and suggests tips for making changes. Casey says some of the habits discussed may not be such a big deal for a generally healthy person, but there are a few that are never OK.
