Texas Health Ben Hogan Sports Medicine in New York Times
An article in the Texas edition of The New York Times on a new Texas law regarding treatment of sports concussions included comments by Dr. Jim Sterling, physical medicine physician with Texas Health Ben Hogan Sports Medicine. Sterling helped draft the law which requires, among other things, training for coaches and athletic trainers on how to react when players sustain concussions. The article also appeared on TexasTribune.org.
Texas Health Cleburne in Cleburne Times-Review
Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Cleburne was featured in the Cleburne Times-Review on Sept. 13. The article focused on the importance of children receiving pertussis vaccinations. Dr. Ayman Arouse, a pediatrician on the medical staff at Texas Health Cleburne, was quoted.
Texas Health Fort Worth in Star-Telegram
The Star-Telegram featured Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Fort Worth’s participation in the annual Cowtown Cruisin' for a Cure car show in Fort Worth on Sept. 15. Hospital staff members will provide free prostate cancer screenings.
