KTEN-TV (Sherman) reported that Grayson County Health Department is collaborating with two local hospitals, including Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital-WNJ, to submit a plan to the state for a health clinic. The clinic would serve Medicaid and uninsured patients. Kitty Richardson, hospital vice president for business development, was interviewed.
