Texas Health Hospitals in Dallas Morning News

A front-page article Nov. 9 editions of The Dallas Morning News discussed an expanded Medicaid plan expected to bring $4 billion to local physicians and hospitals over five years. In the first phase, 95 new medical projects would target Medicaid recipients in Dallas, Denton and Kaufman counties. An table in the print edition notes that Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Dallas, Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Denton and Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Kaufman will participate in a total of seven projects for a total of more than $24 million.

We anticipate a story about Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Dallas on on KTVT-TV (Ch 11). Dr. Douglas Baker, a radiologist on the hospital’s medical staff, was interviewed about the hospital’s 3D mammography and the importance of screening mammograms.
