D Healthcare Daily reported that Texas Health Resources wasselected to receive the Texas Award for Performance Excellence (TAPE) from Quality Texas Foundation. Texas Health was recognized for its high-performance as a role model organization and its commitment to quality, learning and improvement.
Stories in D Healthcare Daily this week recognized nurses from Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Dallas for excellence in caregiving. Debra DuBois, APRN, CNM, a nurse midwife for the Women’s Health Center at Texas Health Dallas, is one of three Texas nurses and the first in Dallas to be nationally recognized by The American Nurse Project, a national initiative to celebrate the nursing profession through photographs and stories. D Healthcare Daily also recognized six nurses from Texas Health Dallas for being named 2013 “DFW Great 100 Nurses.” They include:
