Adams spoke about the new Gallup-Healthways well-being index report, which ranks major metro areas in the U.S. on the six dimensions of well-being. North Texas ranked poorly in healthy behaviors and life evaluation, but among the nine major Texas metropolitan areas analyzed by the new report, the Dallas-Arlington-Fort Worth area was tops in emotional health and work environment.
