Texas Health Fort Worth on Local News Stations, in Star-Telegram

We anticipate a Montague County deputy sheriff who was shot in the line of duty and cared for at Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Fort Worth will appear on local news stations tonight and in the Star-Telegram. Dr. David Smith, medical director of the trauma program, was interviewed.

A follow-up article in the Star-Telegram about Rob Davis, CVICU nurse at Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Fort Worth, highlighted his non-profit organization — Healthy Hearts — that provides education and individualized assessments for heart health. Davis planned to bike cross country this summer to promote heart health, but an injury has postponed the trip until next summer.

Farzeen Sukheswalla, registered dietitian and clinical nutrition manager at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Dallas, was featured in The Dallas Morning News’ Healthy Living section. She provided healthy meal tips for the upcoming Easter and Passover holidays as well as suggestions for a more nutritious Easter basket for children.
