The movement disorders dance class, offered at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Dallas, was featured in today’s Healthy Living section of the Dallas Morning News. Misty Owens, class instructor, described how the movements choreographed in dance routines can be used in simple movements at home while Dr. Aanchal Taneja, movement disorder specialist at Texas Health Dallas, discussed why these movement strategies help patients, particularly those diagnosed with Parkinson’s. Meeting between young kidney recipients and donor’s family at Texas Health Fort Worth featured on WFAA
