• Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Fort Worth received an Outstanding Achievement Award for its excellence in providing quality care to cancer patients. The hospital’s cancer care program ranked among 79 recognized programs nationwide, according to the American College of Surgeons’ Commission on Cancer.

Texas Health Fort Worth featured on KXAS

A story on KXAS (Ch. 5) Friday featured a mom with her heart set on having an in-hospital water birth with a midwife at Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Fort Worth. Mom didn’t make it to the hospital in time and delivered in a field off of I-35 W with the help of a good Samaritan tow truck driver who stopped to help.
