Texas Health Arlington Memorial’s Dr. Jayachandran on KTVT

Dr. Vijay Jayachandran, a cardiac electrophysiologist on the medical staffs at Texas Health Arlington Memorial Hospital and Texas Health Heart & Vascular Hospital Arlington, recently appeared on KTVT (Ch. 11). Jayachandran discussed how patients with implantable cardioverter defibrillators can safely participate in strenuous sports activities. A recent study put out by the American Heart Association details these findings, along with emphasizing the final decision rests with the patient and his or her physician. Texas Health Cleburne’s Dr. Alazar featured in Times-Review

Dr. Maurice Alazar, a new internal medicine physician on the medical staff at Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Cleburne, appeared in Sunday’s Cleburne Times-Review in an article that discussed how, traditionally, October marks the beginning of the flu season for North Texans.
