Harris Methodist Southwest Hospital's program to close the gap in care of adult sickle cell patients was featured in a cover story for this month's ADVANCE for Nurses magazine. Mary Robinson, Ph.D., R.N.-BC, vice president of patient care services, and Linda Humphries, R.N., ACNS-BC, CCRN, clinical nurse specialist, were interviewed for the article. Nurses Carol Meyers and Arwen Riddle appeared in photos, along with most members of the program's task force.
