Dallas Morning News Obituary Honors Life of PHD Physician
An obituary in The Dallas Morning News honors the life of Dr. David Patton, a perinatologist at Presbyterian Hospital of Dallas who died unexpectedly last week. Mark Merrill, president of PHD, was quoted in the story, along with PHD perinatologist Dr. Brian Rinehart, who was Patton's longtime medical partner. A memorial service was held last night in PHD's Haggar Hall.

The Kaufman Herald featured news from Presbyterian Hospital of Kaufman’s mammography department, which was recently reaccredited by the Texas Department of State Health Services. The story also mentioned the department has expanded its mammography hours on Monday to better accommodate patients. A photo of Harris Methodist Erath County Hospital employees donating items for the Salvation Army Angel Tree program appeared in the Stephenville Empire-Tribune. The hospital was the biggest donor to the Stephenville Angel Tree program this year. The photo featured Leslie Hildebrandt and Sumer Hildebrandt, both in central supply, and Teresa Roundtree, a dietary worker.
