KXAS-TV (Channel 5) featured a story about the Mommies in Waiting program developed by nurses in the Women’s and Children’s Unit at Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Hurst-Euless-Bedford. Angelle Kolle, R.N, a nurse involved in the program’s development, and a patient were interviewed about the initiative, which gives mothers-to-be a schedule of activities to meet other patients and bond with employees. Brett McClung, president of Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Southwest Fort Worth, will appear on a KDAF-TV (Channel 33) DFW Close-Up segment on Sunday, Aug. 23 about the American Heart Association's Start!
