A Sept. 21 article on physician-owned hospitals mentioned Texas Health’s doctor-owned facilities.

Texas Health Chief Nurse Executive in Nurses Lounge Magazine

Joan Shinkus Clark, M.S.N., R.N., NE-BC, CENP, senior vice president and chief nurse executive for Texas Health Resources, was recognized for her selection for Fellowship in the American Academy of Nursing in September's issue of Nurses Lounge.

Texas Health Fort Worth on WFAA-TV and KENS-TV

Jacie Russell, M.P.H., infection prevention specialist at Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Fort Worth, was interviewed in a Sept. 18 story about H1N1 vaccinations and how the hospital will prioritize who gets the vaccine. The story ran locally on WFAA-TV (Channel 8) and on KENS-TV in San Antonio.
