Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Plano was featured on KDAF (Ch. 33) last night for the launch of its “30-Minute Promise,” a commitment to patients in its emergency room to be seen by a physician within 30 minutes of check-in. Quoted in the story were Linda Van Pelt, nursing director of emergency and intensive care services, and Dr. Martha Grimm, an ER physician on the hospital’s medical staff.
