Texas Health Fort Worth on NBC Affiliates
Sarah Lane, RN, neonatal ICU nurse preceptor at Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Fort Worth, and Dr. Richard Sidebottom, neonatologist at Texas Health Fort Worth, were interviewed for a story that aired in seven states, including Virginia, Arizona, California, Michigan, Illinois, Kansas and Missouri. Lane was a 28-week preemie at Texas Health Fort Worth 24 years ago. She has now come back as a NICU nurse and is using her story to inspire parents who may seem hopeless or discouraged. Sidebottom cared for Lane when she was in the unit and now they are helping save lives together.
Texas Health Kaufman in The Kaufman Herald
The Feb. 25 edition of The Kaufman Herald included a story about the success of the Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Kaufman Black Tie Ball, held last fall to benefit the hospital’s women’s and children’s services at the hospital. The article included quotes from Patsy Youngs, president of Texas Health Kaufman, Carl Stapp, chair of the hospital’s board of trustees, Krista Baty, RN, CNE, and Bonnie Lee, chair of the Black Tie Ball Committee.
