The Dallas Business Journal and Fort Worth Business Press Web sites and KXII-TV (Ch. 12) reported the joint venture of Texas Health Resources and LHP Hospital Group, Inc., to acquire Sherman-based Wilson N. Jones Medical Center. The hospital will be known as Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital-WNJ. The DBJ article quoted Steve Hanson, senior executive vice president of growth and integration for Texas Health Resources.
