The current edition of the Dallas Business Journal included its annual list of Health Care Heroes in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Five clinicians at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Dallas were recognized: Dr. Gary Weinstein, chief of critical care medicine and a pulmonologist on the hospital’s medical staff, Dr. Alan Frankfurt, an anesthesiologist on the hospital’s medical staff, Chris Brooks, R.N.C., M.S.N., manager of the neonatal intensive care unit, Dr. Mark Feldman, chair of internal medicine and director of research and the hospital’s internal medicine residency program, and Ken Locker, a certified athletic trainer with Texas Health Ben Hogan Sports Medicine. Volunteer GeniA Milton was also recognized, along with the PHorum, a philanthropic organization of Texas Health Presbyterian Foundation that works with Texas Health Dallas’ Community Outreach program.

Details about Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Plano’s Third Annual Celebration of Life are mentioned on, the website for Plano Profile magazine. The event will feature guest speaker LaDonna Gatlin and will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, June 6, at Texas Health Plano in the Tower C Lobby.
