The Plano Star-Courier featured Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Plano’s new SpineAssist surgical robot, one of three in the United States and the only one in Texas, in its July 29 edition. Robot co-designer Dr. Isador Lieberman, an orthopedic and spinal surgeon on the medical staff at Texas Health Plano and the Texas Back Institute, and Sara Misuraca, program director of the Scoliosis and Spine Tumor Center at Texas Health Plano, were quoted, as well as a patient and her mother.

The life-saving medication bottles can be transported to the hospital with a patient to provide vital medical information.
