The Dallas Morning News included a story in its Oct. 6 editions about a new, free primary care clinic opening in West Plano for indigent Collin County residents. Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Plano committed $40,000 to the clinic, along with volunteers. Danelle Parker, manager of community outreach, prevention and education for Texas Health Plano, was quoted.
