The “Work Faces” column in Oct. 24 editions of the Star-Telegram noted that Texas Health Resources named Robert D. "Bob" Jones senior vice president, treasury, and chief investment officer. The column also reported that the March of Dimes Texas Chapter honored Laura Jones, neonatal nurse and clinical educator at Texas Health Arlington Memorial Hospital, with the Texas Excellence in Perinatal Nursing Award.

This week’s Plano Star Courier featured a story about the new Starlight Fun Center donated to Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Plano’s pediatrics department. The Fun Center is a mobile entertainment unit donated by the Starlight Children’s Foundation. Maria Chapman, clinical manager of pediatrics at Texas Health Plano, was quoted.
