Hugh Gittens, executive chef and assistant director of food and nutrition services at Harris Methodist Fort Worth Hospital, was featured on KXAS-TV (Channel 5) on Aug. 7 in the special Olympic coverage for being named a guest chef at the Summer Olympics.
